Whole Body Membership

You receive unlimited monthly training in pilates on the machines, bomb body classes & pilates mat. Choose from over 25 pilates classes a week. Class sizes are small and intimate.

Pilates Class Descriptions

3 Private Sessions are required before joining Pilates Classes. See our Starter Packs for details.

Pilates for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (on the Apparatus)
Strengthen the powerhouse, tone the body! These are challenging and fun classes on the machines taught by WBG skilled instructors.

Pilates Mat Class: Classical mat work on the floor will get your abs taut and spine flexible.

Pilates for Beginners: For Beginning clients ( TUESDAY 9am & 3pm, FRIDAY 4pm) $20 at the door

New Pilates for Mama's: Drop your child of next door at “Creative Seed” for art & movement so you can work out. Child care $10-$15 hr. Tuesdays 3pm & Thursdays 10am. You deserve this!

Donation Pilates: Suggested Minimum $15 ( MONDAY 12PM & THURSDAY 10AM)

Pilates Workout: Pilates, trampoline & fitness for weight loss and tone

 

MAXIMUM CLASS SIZE 6 : To ensure classes are not overcrowded we require you to sign up online in advance to reserve your space. Fair Warning: If you do not sign up online you may risk the class being full and no space available for you.
